Sirostar
SirioStar is a Vertical Automatic Spooler that is recommended for the coiling of reinforced steel wire or industrial wire of medium high diameters. Besides the advantage of not needing any operator, the automatic spooler increases the productivity due to the reduced time required for spool changing (approximately 90 seconds) especially in combination with the high speed rolling/drawing lines when the frequency of coil changing is higher.The automatic spooler SirioStar can operate with both fixed spools and collapsible spools. In the full optional version, it can be completed with optional units like automatic opening/closing and discharge of collapsible or fixed spools, automatic unit for strapping and labelling of coils. It can be added coil weighing and also the cutted specimen as required for test purposes through completely integrated automatic units.
